My name is André Santos. I am a telecommunications and network-performance specialist with more than seventeen years in the field, including more than seven years inside one of the few enterprise WAN-optimization vendors worldwide — where I specialized in TCP/IP and WAN optimization for satellite, cellular, and hybrid networks.
Startus Technology LLC (Davenport, Florida) is the vehicle through which I intend to develop and, in due course, deliver broadband-performance optimization for fixed-wireless and satellite links — with particular attention to the rural and underserved markets where reliable, high-performance connectivity remains hardest to deliver.
